You can build a listing of construction projects with a facility for indexing. The indexing function allows easy reference when doing multiple projects. The indexing function also allows you to subdivide a project into component parts (ABC Tower Unit1, Unit2, Unit3, etc)

The system allows you to print the ACQUISITION FORM (PO # indicated) for material deliveries and the RELEASE FORM (Purchase Request Order # indicated) for material release to a particular project. It indicates the ACTUAL COST and the AVERAGE COST of the materials.

You can print a BILL OF MATERIALS. The Report presents the materials used for a particular project in an orderly and detailed manner where it is easy to determine the cost of materials used for each work phase, and finally the total cost for the whole construction project.

The system has the BUDGET FUNCTION (optional). The function allows you to set a budget for a particular project. The system will set an alarm if in case the project cost is already exceeding the budget.

The system can be installed in the local area network for multiple users.
